Dr. Schultz, a Florida native, graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Biology (cum laude). She received her Doctorate of Optometry (cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University, College of Optometry in 1999. While there, she was a member of the Optometric Honor Society, Beta Sigma Kappa.
